Matt Abinante posted a photo: Does anyone know this waterfall? On my way to Lower Lewis river falls past Cougar, Washington along hwy 90 I looked down from the road across the Swift reservoir and saw this pretty large waterfall that dropped into the reservoir. I didn’t have a telephoto but I had a Pentax 67, and the longest lens I had was a 165mm. I pulled off and ran back along the road and shot this (without a tripod, unfortunately) just as a reminder in case I was able to come back and explore this area more. My guess is there isn’t a road near there and probably boat access is the only way there. I probably cropped the scan down to about 1/4 of original size just to get something of the waterfall in the image. I’d love to be able to check this place out sometime. Waterfalls like this and especially this size are rare to see dropping into a body of water.
